Holiday Wishes
Our thoughts and prayers are with Nolo's cat, on whose health we expect to be updated regularly until the green mist lifts from her eyes. I lost a pure white cat I'd named Lightning when I was in first grade and it was one of the saddest things, honestly, that's ever happened to me. (He was eaten by wild animals. This is an indication of what a privileged life I've led so far.)

That must have been absolutely awful, Lapp. Having a pet suffer a violent end is pretty nasty to deal with even for an adult. As for my kitty, she's presently at the vet costing me money while they try to figure out what's wrong with her. We're hoping it's nothing more complicated than a bout of constipation (which, believe it or not, can be a very bad thing for cats).
More news later. Oh, and the green mist in her eyes in that photo was actually a fascinating little effect that the digital camera generated on its own.
