I believe the appropriate word is: "wha?" It is one level of insanity to actually support Bush. It is another level to actually believe that he comes up with any of these ideas himself. If one were able to see into Bush's mind all they would see is one of those delightful toy monkeys who bangs cymbals together. Yes, that is brilliance.
